It’s a mixed bag, but for the most part deep is made up of your regular, everyday normal people. Very passionate, creative, highly caffeinated, everyday normal people—who happen to have a weird obsession with marketing foodservice brands and getting elbow deep in food market research. Hard work goes into everything we touch. We can’t help it. It’s this midwestern work ethic thing that’s instilled in us. But we wouldn’t have it any other way.
