Copywriter

Pssst. Hey you. Your portfolio is showing. At least—if you’re a mid-level copywriter—we hope it is.

You love the idea of working at a national food marketing agency on clients like Keurig Green Mountain, Nestlé Professional, Mission (to name a few). You have a knack for concocting creative concepts and crafting copy that sells, and you’ve got the portfolio to prove it. Your a stickler for the details. And if you just caught a grammatical error that caused involuntary stank face, we’d love to talk.

But first, those details you love so much.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years copywriting experience (agency preferred)
  • Detail-oriented, passionate, collaborative, and well-organized
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into creative concepts/copy and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work independently/manage your own workload and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Strong presentation skills
  • A sense of humor (a cultural fit is as important as your qualifications—we like to laugh)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating original copy to build brands through a variety of media (print and digital) and a variety of unique brand voices
  • Editing/proofreading your own work and the work of others
  • Collaborating in the creation of conceptual creative ideas that deliver on strategy and maintain exceptional creative standards across a variety of tactics
  • Maintaining the creative direction and expectations for specific projects, ensuring they fit the client, brand and campaign
  • Working on multiple varying projects simultaneously and exercising a range of creative styles for agency and client initiatives as well as new business opportunities
  • Partnering with account leaders in strategic brainstorming, offering creative solutions and presenting creative rationale that delivers on client objectives
  • Offering help when fellow workers need it
